Blast is our primary player fundraising tool, allowing athletes to reach out to family and friends for financial support throughout the football season. Donations can be made as a one-time gift or as a recurring contribution. Funds raised through Blast go directly toward offsetting the annual $420 player fee, helping make participation more accessible for all families. This is a simple but impactful way for players to take ownership in supporting their season while engaging their personal network.

baNNERS

Banner sponsorships are another key fundraising opportunity that helps offset the $420 player fee. Local businesses can purchase advertising banners displayed in our stadium, gaining visibility while supporting the program. Players can reach out to businesses from our established contact list or bring in new sponsors from their own network. This is a great way to build community partnerships while giving players an active role in supporting their season.

fRIDAY nIGHT lIGHTS

Friday Night Lights is our community kickoff event held just before the season begins. It brings families together for a fun evening of tailgating followed by a carnival-style experience on the field, known as the Fun Zone. Entry to the Fun Zone is $10 and includes activities like contests, inflatable obstacle courses, interactive games, a scavenger hunt, a dunk tank, and more. Players can help sell tickets, with proceeds going toward offsetting their player fee. This event builds excitement for the season while creating a fun, family-friendly experience for the entire community.

gOLF tOURNMENT

The golf tournament is a major program-wide fundraiser that supports large-scale needs such as facility upgrades and long-term improvements. While proceeds do not go toward offsetting individual player fees, this event is vitally important to maintaining the high standards and continued growth of the program. Community sponsors, teams, and participants come together for a great day on the course while making a lasting impact on the future of Rio Rancho Rams Football.

cONCESSIONS

Concessions are one of our largest program fundraisers and rely heavily on family volunteer support. While proceeds do not go toward offsetting player fees, this revenue is essential for covering key program expenses such as player apparel, firework, and the end-of-year banquet. It is important that every family meets their volunteer requirements to help ensure smooth operations and continued success. This is a critical behind-the-scenes effort that directly supports the overall player experience.

Refund Policy: If a player chooses to leave the program after the school year begins, any fees already paid will not be returned. All payments made are used to support the football program and are treated as contributions toward team expenses.
